Many have asked about rate locking, so we have decided to make a new offer for 2025! If you pay ahead any number of months ahead until the end of 2025, we will hold your unit rate for the period that was paid in advance. For example, if you pay three months in advance, we will hold your rate for those three months and not increase it. This offer is only valid for this year 2025 and will not apply to any months paid ahead in 2026; a new offer may be available next year.
You can pay ahead after renting a space by logging into your tenant account here on the website (click the "Tenant Account Login" button & then select the facility you store at) or by giving us a call at 775-852-9206.
Offer Terms & Conditions
This offer is only valid for calendar year 2025 and will not apply to any months paid ahead in 2026. At all EXO Self Storage facilities, amounts paid months ahead are non-refundable. If a customer moves out during the period that they paid ahead, there will be no refunds nor proration of any amount.
